This patient came into the office very displeased with the look and fit of his upper partial. One of his teeth was broken and the other had a lot of decay. We repaired his partial denture by adding two teeth to the partial denture. We also placed locator attachments on the two underlying root tips to hold his denture in place without movement. He is very pleased with the look and fit. He can now smile and eat comfortably.

This patient first visited our office with an interest in sedation dentistry. Before he had completed his needed dentistry, he was in a near death auto accident. He lost many teeth in the accident, and it contributed to a loss of self esteem and depression. His case was very complex and we enlisted the help of our local oral surgeon. The oral surgeon placed bone grafts and dental implants to restore this patients smile. The entire process took more than a year to complete. When all of his teeth were finally restored, the results were outstanding. His smile looks great and he finally feels that this part of his healing process is complete.
