This is an example of a cosmetic case where the patient presents with misaligned teeth that are stained and chipped. She has been upset with her smile for many years and would like to have a smile that she can be proud of. We were able to give her that smile with porcelain crowns. All the procedures were performed with sedation dentistry. The patient has no memory of any of her dental work being done in our office.
