This patient is another example of how you can reshape excessive gum tissue for a nice cosmetic change. Her teeth appear to be small when she smiles. We removed just about 5mm of excess tissue (a gingivectomy) in some areas and really changed her smile for her. A very simple procedure that has dramatic results the moment it is completed.
