This patient presents with broken teeth due to grinding and neglect. The grinding he could not help. The neglect was due to not visiting the dentist. Sedation dentistry helped him follow through with all his work. We were able to restore a beautiful natural smile with full mouth reconstruction. Crowns were place on all of his remaining teeth. We chose a nice white shade to make things look really nice. When we cemented the crowns the patient chose to have sedation dentistry to make it easier for him. We also made a night time grinding guard for this patient. Very nice cosmetic and functional result.
