This patient presents with smaller looking teeth. We were able to fix this with a procedure (gingivectomy) that removed the excess gum tissue. About 5mm of excess gum tissue was covering the front teeth. This is a very simple procedure that has a very big visual impact the moment it is finished.The patients teeth now look proportionate with each other and her smile.
