This patient was missing teeth from birth. He wore a retainer to replace them for a while but was ready for a permanent option. We were able to close the spaces with two fixed bridges. He was given the option of have two dental implants placed as an option, but did not want to pursue that option. The bridgework gives the patient a more natural smile without concerns. His confidence and self esteem have been restored.
