This patient presents with missing teeth and decay. He had been avoiding the dentist for many years due to fear and anxiety of the dentist. With the help of sedation dentistry he was able to have extensive dental work completed in just a few visits. We were able to restore his smile with crown and bridge work. While restoring the upper teeth with the new crowns, the patient chose to have a much whiter smile. While the patient was having his crown and bridge work completed with sedation dentistry, we also treated his periodontal (gum disease) disease.
