This patient presents with excess gum tissue that caused her teeth to look much too small. The patient did not want to have veneers or crowns to make everything to be perfect looking. She just wanted something very simple to help improve her smile. We were able to remove the excess gum tissue with a procedure called a gingivectomy. This allowed the tooth structure to show the way it was intended. The patient is able to smile now with more confidence and self esteem.
