When this patient came into the office she was displeased with the size and shape of her teeth. We removed the excess gums with a gingivectomy (gum reshaping) and lengthened her front teeth. This changed her smile completely and very quickly. She chose to have this procedure completed with sedation dentistry. If she wanted, she could now whiten or have Lumineers (veneers) placed on her front teeth.
