When this patient came into the office he was very embarrassed by his smile. He also had a severe dental phobia. He had evident decay that was rampant throughout his mouth. We were to complete the work on his upper teeth with sedation dentistry. He was able to have his extractions and upper denture placed during the sedation visit.The patient is now able to smile comfortably.
