Cosmetic Smile Solution, Denture, Sedation Dentistry, Gum Disease

This patient presented in our office with pain and a high fear of the dentist. Past dental experiences had prevented him from having regular dental care for many, many years. His pain was from gum disease (periodontal disease) and the resulting bone loss around his remaining teeth. In his situation, extracting teeth and having a upper denture was his best long term solution to his pain. With sedation dentistry, we extracted his teeth and delivered a upper denture. His pain has subsided and he now has a very nice smile.
