This patient presented to our office with broken teeth and pain in his teeth and gums0. He had avoided any dental care for many years due to his high fear of dental procedures. In addition to broken teeth and decay in his teeth, he was suffering from gum disease (periodontal disease). After having impressions of his mouth made on his initial appointment, he scheduled a sedation dentistry visit to extract teeth and have his new upper denture and lower denture placed. We also treated his few remaining teeth for gum disease. In only two visits he had all of his initial dental needs completed. His new smile is a HUGE improvement over what he had when walked in our office. This patient has no memory of the visit to extract his teeth.
