My experience started with the person answering the phone- Tammy- was just the GREATEST. She was actually the greatest to my husband because I was too scared to call!! She was just the BEST. She eased his mind, he eased my mind (just a little) and I actually kept my appointment! I’m sure she talks to 100’s of people a day but she made “us” feel like the only ones. She was very calming and soothing and extremely helpful. Then comes Dawn, when she called my name I thought I was going to pass out or throw up, and she knew that! She was FANTASTIC! She did not leave me alone very long, which was smart on her part so I did not have a lot of time to think. She introduced everyone to me that walked by my door – very comforting and a great distraction technique. The dental hygienist- Cassie- she explained everything, never judged, never focused on the past, was very upbeat, discussed the problems but also talked about the positives. Then I meet the dentist, VERY EXTREMELY calming to listen to after seeing everyone else. By the time I saw the doctor everything was almost okay. Even with all the problems in my mouth, he made it sound not quite so bad. For the first time I felt like my teeth were fixable, without judgment, lectures, and a lot of pain. Then I met Teresa, who was very knowledgable and laid out and discussed all my options, procedurally and monetarily. She thoroughly discussed everything and was able to answer any left over questions that I had. She is definitely on the ball. Every time I called her back to make payment arrangements or appointment questions, she knew exactly where we had left off in the previous conversation. From beginning to end, I cannot thank you all enough!! You run a top notch, clean facility, with top notch, caring people!! When I came back for my permanent crown placement and zoom, Jo took care of me. GREAT care, funny, no pain, very informative, again explained everything to me. She was super. She answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns. She was very patient with me. Again, I can’t THANK EVERYONE enough for every thing you all have done for me. I am an RN, sometimes people treat you differently if they know you are a nurse. I had a missing lower molar because I had to get it pulled because I could not deal with having a root canal. The two teeth in front of the molar that was extracted had cracked and needed root canals and caps. I would have gotten them extracted then gotten a partial plate made, thanks to sedation, I kept them! Thanks to the dentist, I had my two front teeth capped and two root canals and caps on two back molars. Also, two fillings repaired. I’m so glad I don’t have to worry with partials! Thjis dental work would have called for multiple trips to the dentist, the dentist and his team saw me two times for dental work and two times for crown placement. I recently underwent the procedures involved in acquiring lower dentures, including implants. Although my teeth were in bad condition, I don’t think that I would have had the courage to do this without the help of sedation dentistry and I’m happy to say that I experienced no pain and have no memory of the extraction process. Throughout the lengthy process of healing time between procedures, Dr. Weaver was really sweet and would often see me for adjustments before office hours so I wouldn’t have to miss work. Visit was due, after 20 years, to severe toothache, my gag reflex is severe and it was impossible to even get x-rays. Dr. Weaver suggested sedation also he and his staff were so police and patient. The sedation was incredible from 10:00 AM until waking up at 7:00 PM that day. I have two vague memories only, not even of the dental work done. Three different dentists refused to work on me because they were concerned about my allergic reactions. They felt it was dangerous for me and bad for their practice if an ambulance had to be called. Since they each had a large patient load, they did not want to do anything different. I had never been scared of the dentist until one bad experience with an endodontist two years ago. I was extremely embarrassed about my fear of the dentist, but realizing the importance of dental care, I decided to try sedation. I chose Dr. Weaver in part, due to the fact that the office person I originally spoke with on the phone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The website also provided a lot of information. Now, after two visits, I realize that everyone in Dr. Weaver’s office is courteous and knowledgeable and everyone strives to make you comfortable and relaxed. For 40 years I’ve been panic strickened by a dental office. I saw dr. Weaver’s commercial for several months and finally decided to call. Finding this has been an answer to my prayers. I’ve had “major” work done without even flinching!! Waking up to find everything was done, no pain, no streee is an amazing feeling. I have been coming in for 3 years now. My fear of the dentist along with my sensitive gag reflex kept me away. A molar broke and forced me to go. My gums and teeth were in horrible shape. While I was sedated, I had 5 hours of work done and I don’t remember a thing. I would suggest this to anyone. Who will have lengthy dental work. Sedation is a little pricy for cleaning but well worth the money for dental work. Now, the true test will be my cleaning in 6 months. Keep your fingers crossed. Thanks guys! Jo F.

It was an awesome experience. From the first visit, I was treated with respect and concern. No put downs because I had not been to the dentist. The attitude was you are here now, let’s see what we can do to help. The day of the appointment I had two extractions and a root canal. Not only did I not feel a thing during the appointment, the next day I felt great! Not only did I not have any pain, I also was not lethargic or hungover. It was like I hadn’t been sedated. I think they are great. The whole staff are very pleasant to be around. I was very nervous from day one and they made me feel a little more comfortable about having the procedure done. They asked me what I wanted, well not in those words of course, but I simply told them I wanted to smile again. They assured me that I would be able to. They were right! I smile! Not a complete smile just yet due to a few more visits to complete, but I’m not a bit nervous because I know I am in good hands. I had avoided the dreaded dental appt for years. I was diagnosed as a type2 diabetic several years ago. Knowing the potential for gum disease and the potential havoc it plays with maintaining and controlling blood glucose I made the appointment. I received top notch care. After gum surgery with a periodontist, i began to have difficulty with debilitating headaches. Saw several doctors over a period of 3 1/2 months with no results. No one would listen when i told them where i thought the issue was. I finally went to Dr. Weaver (my regular dentist) and explained to him my problem. He listened and then took a look.
